Mavic 3T: convert R-JPEG to FLIR format
Convert Mavic 3T thermal images so they open in FLIR Thermal Studio with temperatures.
At a glance
| Thermal resolution | 640 × 512 pixels |
|---|---|
| Input | R-JPEG (.JPG) from the drone, with its zoom and wide companions if you have them |
| Output | FLIR-style radiometric JPEG for FLIR Thermal Studio |
Status: tested. Tested with a real Mavic 3T thermal image converted by ThermaBridge: it opens in FLIR Thermal Studio with its temperatures. This model does not write the usual image-source tag, so ThermaBridge recognises its frames by file name and size.
Visible picture
The visible-picture alignment has been calibrated on this model. If a shot has no zoom photo, the wide photo is used; with neither, the file converts as thermal only.
Before you convert
- Use the original files, not copies from messaging apps or editors.
- Keep the
_T,_Zand_Wfiles of each shot in the same folder.
Try it on three shots, free.Convert a few of your own images and check they open in FLIR Thermal Studio before you commit to anything.
